1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using Quickprompt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

2. License Grant & Usage

Subject to these Terms and your payment, Quickprompt grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to use the application according to your purchased plan:

• Single License: Valid for 1 active device at a time.
• 5-Device License: Valid for up to 5 active devices at a time.
• Team License: Valid for up to 20 active devices at a time.

You may deactivate old devices inside the app settings to transfer your license key to a new machine at any time.

3. Groq API Key & Third-Party Services

Quickprompt requires a valid Groq API Key to perform AI text processing. You are responsible for obtaining your own API key and complying with Groq’s Terms of Service and usage limits. We are not responsible for service interruptions, API changes, or costs incurred on third-party platforms.

4. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Quickprompt, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us. Upon refund, your license key will be revoked.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
• Publicly share, resell, or distribute your license key.
• Use the application for any unlawful purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Quickprompt is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Quickprompt be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
