2. Data Processing in the Desktop Application

Quickprompt is a native desktop application built with a privacy-first architecture:

• No Middleman Servers: We do not operate backend servers that store, log, or intercept the text you highlight or type.
• Direct API Connection: When you trigger a shortcut, your highlighted text is sent directly from your local application to the Groq API endpoint via HTTPS encryption.
• No AI Model Training: Your processed data is not used by us or Groq to train AI models.

3. Payment & License Management (Lemon Squeezy)

We use Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record for order processing and license management:

• When you purchase a license, Lemon Squeezy collects transaction data (such as your name, email address, payment details, and billing address) to complete the sale and handle global tax compliance.
• We only receive your order status and email address to validate your license key inside the application.

4. Analytics & Website Data

Our website does not track you with invasive third-party analytics scripts. Standard web server logs (such as IP addresses) may be temporarily processed for security and system stability purposes.

5. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR), you have the right to request access to, correction, or deletion of any personal data stored regarding your purchase.
